Here's what I started with:
- a rigid BSC frame patterned for a BSA
- a 1946 Triumph T100 500 cc pre-unit motor
- a pre-unit swing arm Triumph primary
- a Triumph slick-shift gearbox
- forks and triple tree from a Yamaha Venture
- 18 inch front wheel from a Yamaha Venture (street)
- 21 inch spool front wheel (salt)
- 18 inch HD Sportster rear wheel
- parts from the bin that include a BSA rear fender and the tractor lights

The Time Warp Project is back in the Light
After an exile to dark corner of the shop, the 1946 Triumph Time Warp project is back in the works. With the completion of Dustin's Triumph, I have some time to get back to this project. The plan is to construct the bike for the street but easily convertible to a salt racer. Running the bike on the street will give me the opportunity to tune and refine the bike. I will list out the parts and show some details as I proceed.
Reworked bars with instrument cluster. |
Twin Tractor Lights - I like the patina on these lights. |
